A complex nose with aromas of black cherry and raspberry mixed with notes of earth and spice. Pairs well with pizza! also with lamb, duck bbq salmon, and wild mushrooms. Dry and light-medium to bodied with good acidity, soft tannins, moderate length with earth on the finish.
2573 cases were bottled in September 2012 after ten months in French Oak barrels. All the grapes were grown in the Northern Willamette Valley, Oregon’s premier Pinot Noir region.
